Chakra Alignment working with Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and Kundalini Yoga : Utilizing the unique energy of the Quartz Crystal Bowls to detect stagnant energy in that may be creating blockages.
The workshop will give you the opportunity to experience working with your body's subtle energy system and thru different techniques combined with Kundalini Yoga poses to help you to move thru these challenges.
